1. Full Refund Eligibility (First 30 Days)
You are eligible for a full refund of your first month's fee if ALL the following conditions are met:
- Request is made within 30 days of enrollment
- We have not successfully placed you with an employer
- You have completed all required assessments and documentation
- You have maintained valid visa and work rights
- You have actively participated in the placement process
- You have not declined reasonable placement offers (defined in Section 4)
2. Partial Refunds
2.1 After Placement (Within 30 Days)
If you have been placed with an employer but wish to withdraw within the first 30 days:
- 50% refund if you withdraw within 14 days of placement
- 25% refund if you withdraw between 15-30 days of placement
- No refund after 30 days of placement
2.2 Program Cancellation by WorkXP
If we cancel the Program or cannot provide services:
- Full refund of unused portion of current month's fee
- Pro-rata refund calculated from cancellation date
3. Non-Refundable Situations
No refund will be provided in the following circumstances:
- After 30 days from enrollment date (except as specified)
- Termination due to misconduct or breach of Terms of Service
- Loss of visa or work rights due to your actions or circumstances
- Voluntary withdrawal after successful placement (beyond partial refund period)
- Failure to maintain Program requirements or attendance
- Providing false or misleading information during application
- Termination from employment due to performance or conduct issues
4. Reasonable Placement Offers
A placement offer is considered "reasonable" if it meets the following criteria:
- Related to your field of study or career goals
- Offers at least AU$25 per hour (or industry standard, whichever is higher)
- Provides 10-20 hours per week (within visa restrictions)
- Located within reasonable commuting distance (generally within 1 hour)
- Complies with Australian workplace laws and standards
Declining two or more reasonable placement offers may void your refund eligibility.
5. Special Circumstances
5.1 Medical or Family Emergency
In cases of documented medical emergency or family crisis:
- Program suspension available for up to 3 months
- Pro-rata refund may be considered with supporting documentation
- Case-by-case review by management
5.2 Visa Changes
If your visa status changes due to government policy (not personal circumstances):
- Pro-rata refund from the date work rights are lost
- Must provide official documentation

7. Monthly Subscription Terms

7.2 Cancellation: You must provide 30 days written notice to cancel your subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
7.3 No Pro-Rata Refunds: Monthly fees are non-refundable once a billing period has commenced, except as specified in this policy.
